In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. Tiredness and fatigue can lead to major problems for many individuals in modern society and the way that this can affect all areas of general health can be quite invasive in terms of daily life and coping skills.
My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injury. Rotator cuff injury causes problems for many of my patients.
When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

What's the best hotel you've ever stayed in? For me it was The Old Course Hotel at St Andrews in Scotland. We were given an upgrade to a suite because the hotel was quiet and it was an amazing experience.

For me the best hotel I've stayed in is Panda Hotel in Hongkong it is situated outside the main city, which means more peaceful and quiet yet luxurious. You can just buy anything there because it is a commercial building which means the botiques of different kinds are situated there too for reasonable prices. The Rooms is excellent not that presidential type but it is more on minimalistic design.
I once traveled to Africa for businesses and I stayed in Sun City in South Africa. Never had a same experience in the middle of the safari . The food was basically anything that walked the safari. They had an underground casino and they created their own beach . The hotel is decorated with ivory gold and wood and the service is amazing.

Life has also been busy lately after the arrival of our new puppy called poppy. She's a black labarador retriever and drives us all crazy at times but we just adore the buzz she brings to the house. Last week she caused me a shoulder injury by tugging when out walking - but I can forgive that for the fun she brings.

I actually took my girlfriend on trip to Concord, CA (it's Near Walnut Creek, California). She did not want to camp either, so I found these great hotels vacation rentals. It was at this place called Crowne Plaza Concord (check out their website www.crowneplazaconcord.com). You can enjoy the superb service and amazing amenities. We ended enjoy the benefits of the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage and our convenient Northern California location.
