Whats going on ?

It might be a different kind of bite, like a spider. You could be allergic to whatever bit you. If it has only been a few days I wouldn't be super concerned. If it doesn't go away after a week you should go to your GP.

My daughter had what sounds like what you have. I forget the name of it, but it was water trapped between the tissue and the skin.  She had to get on a mini pack of predisone and fortuntaely it went away. They told her if it had not gone down, they were going to do a biosepy. You should really get this checked out by a doctor.

I have had this for 7 yrs.  It is a combination of dry skin and stress induced psoriasis.  I found that taking garlic tablets (builds immune system) and B complex vitamins (stress fighter) makes them DISAPPEAR in one day!!  Also a good non allergic moisturizer on patches helps.
