Only your heart says your brave~peace and love

Fresh fruit.   Especially strawberries.  Not only is it great for your skin, but it it a sensual food.  Bite into one and check out what it looks like.  Feed them to your significant other!

whole wheat or multi-grain bread.  Bread is the staff of life.  It's the basis of many a good meal.  Because it's whole wheat you can enjoy all the nutrients of the grain.  Bread can make a;  sandwich, french toast, toast or bread pudding.
