What's George W. Bush's IQ?

A few years ago there was a hoax running around of Bush being the dumbest president ever with a score of 91.

Later on I came across a conversion of his 1201 SAT score into 129 IQ score. That's the most reliable data available  today.

Based on his SAT scores, GW Bush should have an IQ in the range of 125-130. How significant is an IQ reading? Mine is 129 - so I say DUBYA's can't be over 128!

Nixon's is reported as 143 or 155. Kennedy, who beat him in the election of 1960, had an IQ of 117, about average. Gerry Ford's score of 121 is slightly above average, yet he demonstrated the least intelligence of our 20th Century presidents. The highest actual IQ of any president in the 20th century is Jimmy Carter's 175. FDR's estimated IQ is 147.

Obviously, IQ alone is not a significant indicator of presidential fitness or performance. Ascribing a below average IQ to DUBYA may elicit a giggle or two, but it obscures one more advantage, an above-average IQ, this vapid, anti-intellectual bore has that he has pissed away.

Hi,I personally think he has an average IQ.  His IQ is not the problem.  The man does not lead.  He says, "Get it done" but never assigns to a particular person for completion nor does he follow up on the assignment to be sure it is done.

He has allowed those around him a free rein in doing what they think he wants done.  The most important thing to Bush seems to be loyalty and the willingness to do anything for him.

You forgot Bill Clinton whose IQ ratio was recorded at 188.  Unfortunately, his sexual IQ proved to be low.  However, I have always felt that a sexual lapse is much better than the terrible lapses of intelligence that George W has shown.  Just my thoughts.  catydorr224

He ought to be on Dumb & Dumber considering his current views on gun control.  It's not necessarily the gun control issue as it him siding with the leftist democrats that want to scrap the Second Amendment.  If we the people of the United States allow this, which one will they try to do away with next.  How about if they decide freedom of speech will be next.  How would that suit everyone?

I think his IQ has fallen somewhere below "sandbox".
