ah! I say a lot of things.
If I feel stresses out about work or before exams- I say I need to keep myself awake and so I have to eat chocolate and lots of sugar. Or, If i feel low, I tend to make myself feel better if I eat lots of bakery stuff. And the best on is when I really feel hungry, after not eating all day, I say- 'well, ive had nothing today, so its ok to just stuff all the callories at once and have a huge fest'.
I also have moments when i realy fancy a good bite of fatty foods, but justify it by saying that Im gonna have a long ride with my bike after.
It never helps! Realy need to find the best diet that combines chocoloate with lettuce of something... :)
