Im about 5"4 and I weight about 130 and most of the time i think im fat too. The things i do to lose weight are eat but dont eat alot. I eat 3 meals a day and mayb 2 snacks. The meals are smaller portioned then i would normally eat. I was about 145 when i started this and i lost all the way down to 126 in about a week and half two weeks. Eating and Exercising is the best way to go. And im not sure how old you are but the younger you are... the quicker you usually can lose the weight.
If you eat but not eat too much your metabolism can balance you out.
Just dont starve yourself because believe it or not you will gain weight by starving yourself before you start to lose it. When you start starving yourself your body will store all of its fat becuase it doesnt know when its going to be getting more food... soo it like saves it... it would take you forever if you starved yourself, and plus its horrible for your body.
Eat but eat better and excercise... go for a bike ride or a walk to anything instead of sitting on the computer. lol
