You can train your body to take in less food by making your diet more fiber rich. I would make sure you eat something for breakfast and I would make it fiber related. Eat a fiber related snack between breakfast and lunch such as a serving of almonds. Read why almonds help Reduce Belly Fat (article towards bottom of the page). You should feel full when lunch rolls around so you will tend to eat less. Do another fiber related snack between lunch and dinner and you should see the same results. You will feel full therefore eat less of your meal. Keep you meals lean and green (lean meats and green veggies). Make sure you are in the proper calorie range for your needs to lose the weight. If you don't eat enough you won't lose, if you eat too much you won't lose. Good luck!
