i'll try to answer ur ques thinking that ur adicted to junk food.but if u had told about ur proffess.. i could 've helped to give a better soln.
we normally get addicted to junk or any food if we r not active and also depends how do we spend a day.i think if v keep ourself busy v can come out of it.if not completely but atleast by 40% v can over come.
anyway i suggest excercise or working out at gym or running or yoga or football ete i.e the games or the activites the v'll help u 2 swet ven u do that.
what happens when u swet?
a haapy harmone known enophrim(not correct spelling) will be released so u feel happy when swet so ur active atleast for 5 hrs after ur workout or ur activity
so u atomatically stop consuming junk.this will help u to control junk by another 40%.
when u swet u also looser ur fat.so u also ur weight. and u'll feel the benefits of loosing weight,this motivates u 2 loose some more weight.so u naturally try to stop eating junk.
my last recomm.. is gym is the best place to do that bcoz u can sit with ur dietian
find out how u can improve ur food style.and dont forget to workout bcoz dieting without workout is waste.and plz do write down ur activities every day and see that u skip one junk everyday but dont skip ur meal under any cast.
