Hi Kat! The easiest way to lose weight is to exercise daily and eat right. A minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, getting your heart rate up is sufficient. Taking a multi-vitamin in addition to eating healthy foods in moderation will definitely help you lose weight. Good luck!
