Lose Belly Fat
ok, here is what I did to lose 80 pounds and I have kept it off for over 2 1/2 years now. I did have to start out calorie counting however as we are all a creature of habit so after awhile you will just know the counts of foods and it will be easy to keep track. If you are a soda drinker limit them. I used to drink soda and now I am a tea drinker. I didn't eat breakfast unless it was fast food, then I stopped that and I would eat fiber one bars for breakfast. I would eat a snack about an hour before lunch it was a serving of almonds (any kind is fine I ate wasibi and soy sauce serving is about 28) See article on almonds and reducing belly fat (article at the bottom of the page however there is a workout that you can do too at the top of the page). For lunch I would eat subway 6 inch tuna usually and baked chips. I would also eat salads with chicken on it usually kept it to around 500 calories. Calorieking.com is a good site to find out calorie counts of foods. I would eat another fiber related snack about an hour before dinner. I kept my dinner lean and green. Lean meats and green veggies. I would bbq most of my meats as they lose fat at the bbq which in turn means less calories. Dinners I kept to around 500 calories too. Now for your calorie count needs. You need to do your BMI msn has a good one. I was 200 pounds and had a goal of 130 however I went down to 118 and stayed there. I was doing so well I kept going lol. Anyway for me I had to consume about 1700 calories a day to reach my goal. Breakfast was usually around 300 snacks were about 400 total and lunch 500 dinner 500. I ate a snack one hour before bed 100 calorie snack for my sweet tooth (count included in snack count above). Exercise, like you I was broke and I had no time for the gym so I got a program that taught me the above way of eating and taught me exercise plans (strength training) that I could do from home.
