How long should it really take to lose abou t10-15 lbs with running and eating fruits light carbs, and slim fast?
When everyone is against you, it means that you are absolutely wrong-- or absolutely right.
It depends alot on how much you wieghed, and how you were eating/how much you excersized before beginning this weight loss plan. It sounds like a pretty healthy plan to lose weight. I'd guess about a month to 2 months.
