Weight-Loss Facilities And Wasteful Spending With Health Insurances

Why does health insurances  pay  for extremely  overweight  people  to  go  to these weight loss facilities and  stay , to  lose weight but  these people  refuse  to  go  by the rules of the program?

Shouldn't  they  give  these people  at least 30 days  to  start  losing  some  weight  or your kick  them  out  of  the  weight loss  facility  and send  them back  home?

Most of  these  facilities  have these people staying  And the  people are given proper  treatment  , With  counseling  and  diet  and Some  of these people  spend  up  to  120 days in these places ,  And  never lose a pound  but  go  home sometimes  heavier  than when they came in

Some of these  people staying  at  these weight loss  facilities ,  Get on  the phone  and  order out  food  with  money  that  they  either recieve from  disability  and /or  money  what   their family  give  to them , Why  should health insurances  continue  to   with wasteful  spending ..What's  your  views  and or  opinions ?

I guess the word "DISCIPLINE" is very important if you want to reach a certain goal especially in losing weight.

There are few possible explanations... Obesity leads to diabetes, heart problems and some other more serious health problems... so insurers bet that if they can tackle obesity earlier they may avoid paying even more... it's kindda blind approach, if you ask me, because there are no points to take note of, no goal setting, so these obese people take it sort of for granted. if you "punish" them with those points people will become more serious...
