That could be www.w3schools.com, not only HTML, provides tutorial for more web application like, XML, Server Scripting, .net, etc. with ONLINE EDITOR.

I guess typing in "html" into google should provide you with something that suites your ability.
I use a text called "HTML" yOUR VISUAL BLUEPRINT FOR DESIGNING EFFECTIVE WEB PAGES" by VISUAL FROM MaranGraphics and published by Wiley. It has great illustrations which make understanding the idea quite easy.

The Definitve guide to html was a very comprehensive and hardcore advanced html guide I went through about 5 years ago. Probably has an upgraded version by now that is better.
