Web link that will not go to my in box or email acct.

I have an account with a certain web site and in order for my acct to be active I must click the link that the web site sends to id my email acct. I have not been able to receive the link with this web site why and how do I take care of this problem in the future? PBabyjayne

Are you saying you did not receive any mail from this website - or you did receive the mail but were not able to click the link? If you did not receive the mail, first make sure you submitted the correct email address at the website in question. If you are sure that the address is correct, but still do not receive mail, also check your spam folder.

I do not receive any thing in my inbox/spam . My email should be correct and if it isnt I cant log in to the site to get the information to chk to see if it is correct. The other thing is I forgotten my password and that is what started the activation link that they send to the email address. I also looked up information on aol help and it states to go into tools to chk email domains but I am trying to troubleshoot that with no experience or success. I contacted the web site and the information that is on the help answers is just as the aol help. I dont know to much of filters do you? Thanks for trying to answer my question.
