There is no best browser it depends on what you prefer. Safari won't work since it is compatible on mac's. I would recommend Firefox or Google chrome.

I was a Netscape user before AOL bought it and ruined it. I'm now a Mozilla Firefox user. Haven't found any better. Though I'm told Opera is very nice as well.
