Hi, What would be the best equipment to bake brownies? Using Convection Oven, Microwave Oven, or Convection Microwave Oven? And what are the tricks when using this oven to get the best brownies? I have tried using microwave, the inside texture is good but the surface is not smooth enough. Moreover, some area raised higher than others that makes the thickness is not uniform. I put the mixture in a round glass pan and used a turntable microwave oven w/o convection. Thank you.
