when you go to visit someone that is at west valley detention center in rancho cucamonga ,do they run a warrent check on the person who has come to visit a inmate?

They may, They want to know who is seeing who and  if it warrants it then they will.

Typically most jails and prisons run a NCIC check on all potential visitors. This check is only available to law enforcement and is very thorough. It will give a complete arrest history and any contact with law enforcement. If there is a warrant, it will pick it up.
