"What you think you know may not be so."

Is the "War On Drugs" worth it?

At the end of the day, will the "War On Drugs" turn out to be worse than doing nothing? From all I see, the "War On Drugs" is co$tly, unwinnable, self-perpetuating, and loaded with unintended consequences. What do you think?
