Wanting lower costing highspeed internet

I have cable internet {no tv cable}. I like the highspeed internet access. I pay $55 / mo. I see other offers lower, but don't know if they really are highspeed. What are the lowest cost highspeed internet you've found?

I have a laptop and use the wifi.

you  can get full traffic plan which provided by your nearest internet service provider. So you have to contact to them.

U can Change the service provider then u can update the speed by using other good service.First test ur connection speed using the site http://www.ip-details.com/ .
