Want start

i have a 1989 camero 5.7 once i start it up and let it run and turn it off it want start back if i let it set for a hour are two it will start back i am getting fire to the plug and the fuel rail pressure read 40thur 50 pound of pressure can you help me with this problem

You may have some other problems, first Battery cells may be low, or a alternator problem not putting juice back into the battery then, after a hour or so the cells may charge up a little to be enough to start the car.check the battery and also check if the alternator is putting out a charge..also are you overheating see your tempeture, running the car for a hour or so may heat the engine too much so when you try to start it again the engine may be to hott to start and theres not enough juice in the battery to start your car again because the engine is too hott and needs more power. hopes this helps
