Want to return car to dealer.

finananced a 2006 sonada,4/28/2008 was ovecharged,trades in my mitishue,the title was sent to me,which I have. I am 76 and do not want the car. How do I go about makeing them take it back?They put it through PNC bank at over 9% interest,This is NJ. I am despereat can you advice me?

I think you should take a lawyer and try to prove that you were charged more than you were supposed to.

Other wise I don't see how you can get out of this one.
