Want a product that will produce nice soft ringlets for naturally curly hair

I've always had naturally curly hair and wanted it to not frizz, but now after having kids it is not so bad at that.I do still have curls, but it is just not as puffy. It lays on my head more and I want it to have more volume and loose ringlets. It is blonde and shoulder lenght. Can you make any suggestions on what product would make that effect?
