A:I suppose this happens to everyone at one time or another. I know it does to me on occassion. I can usually tie it to a hectic schedule which really translates to ... stress. My recommendation is that you take an hour or two before bed time and put the emensities of life aside by reading a novel or some such activity that takes your mind off of stressful things. There will be time enough tomorrow to worry. Personally, I read the Bible every evening just before bed. I figure I do what I can do during the day but when the day is done I leave it in God's hands. I'm not trying to press religion on you, just telling you what works well for me. Perhaps something similar will work for you too
