A:It's not the taste of the vodka that is the difference between cheap and more expensive versions, but rather the effect and the hangover. The cheaper the vodka, the worse the hangover... I know this from experience. Once I started drinking better vodka, I didn't have a hangover (I can't guarantee you won't have one though!)
