A:Vitamin C cannot induce periods. You body cannot keep vitamin C so if you take a high dose, you will just pee it all out. I know this sounds stressful, but the best way to know for sure is to take a home pregnancy test and know for sure. I am sure you are fine because you checked the condom. It is just stress making this happen
