Has anyone successfully connected vista media center to TATA SKY set top box (in India) ? If so, how? did u use component cable (red,white,yellow cable) or RF (black antenna cable)?
You can connect it by RF and AV in as well(S video, composite or any other type of connection you have on your tuner card). If you connect it by RF ,you simply enter in media center tv signal set up and choose antenna as type of tv connection but in this condition picture quality will be slightly grainy. But if you connect tata sky set top box to AV in of your tuner card and choose tv signal as satellite tv, picture quality will be good but you require a windows media center remote control to complete the set up but unfortunately this remote control is not easily available in our market.
