Vista / XP - Sharing?

I have a Vista and an XP Desktop, Connected via wireless router (hardwired/wireless connection) I would like to share hardrive acess and printing acess between the two. What are my best options, to do so?

Create on both a user with username and password like the one on the other computer, then share the folder you like and give the apropiate permissions.

How to print from Linux to a shared USB printer on Win XP?

My co-worker has a Win XP machine with a USB printer that he would like to share and be able from the Linux machine. What needs to be done to use the shared printer? The Linux machine is dual boot you should be able to talk with the windows machine and ask for a list of shared printers
