Visa extension

Can I apply for an extension on my working holiday visa if I dont do the three months seasonal work? My partner is in construction and is not required to do the seasonal work.

Some of the conditions of having a holiday visas are

  • You can not work for the same employer for more than 6 months;
  • You can not engage in study or training for more than 4 months;

 

Please note there may be other discretionary conditions imposed on this visa when it is granted.
