I have an old child's hat, and would love to know more about it. It's navy blue and velvet. It has a yellow fleur de lis surrounded by 5 small gold stars and a larger red star, with a red chevron underneath. There is a rather large knot of some type on the side. It appears to have had a string attached that would tie under the chin. the shape would be something close to a stocking hat shape with the top folded down like a flap. Any ideas?
