2 thumbs up

You may want to check out this profile on ePals.  They seem like the same age group and would be a good match.

Project Description

Stoneyburn is a small village in Central Scotland around 15 miles from Edinburgh. Our school has 104 pupils aged from 5-12 years old. We run an after-school ePals club, which has 10 members aged from 10-12 years. This group want to communicate by email with any children of a similar age-group in any country in the world, so long as the communication is by email and is in English (or is facilitated by machine translation). The objectives here are to gain experience in using email as a form of communication and to widen our view of the world through sharing information and pictures, and comparing and contrasting our daily lives with those of children experiencing different cultures from our own. We hope to hear from you soon.
