How to Edit Xacti video files in windows
Xacti is the name of the video camera model, isn't it?
Anyway, I guess you have standard video files and you can use Windows XP's movie maker, or find another program here -- note that some of them are free.
You can convert it with the Ulead program coming with the camera.
After you have the file as MPEG or AVI you can work with every widows editing software like ulead studio or pinnacle studio.
You can also edit it with an MP3 editor like Magix music maker from http://www.magix.net
