Video or Flash tutorials

Does anyone know if there are websites that have web programming video or flash tutorials (php, ajax, html, etc).I have found some on youtube but they are so blurry that I can't see the code.

I'd appreciate any help.

I'm sorry, I may not have made myself clear.

I am looking for web programming tutorial, in video or flash format. Not flash tutorials, but tutorials made in flash.

 Their tag cloud should be able to help you out with screencasts for PHP, Ruby etc.
