we bought an as is car that DID NOT have a buyers guide in it which i have found out it should have had -- he put a dealer plate on it and let me drive it 90 miles to my mechanic -- we did not see any paperwork till monday even though we had paid for the car on friday... when we signed the paperwork there was an unsafe motor vehicle paper with it -- and every item was checked saying it was not safe to drive on the right of way until all these items were corrected, but he had put his dealer plate on it and also let me put my plate on it and drive it off the lot. the sales agreement says that the car has an "express warranty" -- do i have any rights at all in small claims court mediation.... i am really not sure how to present the entire matter. thank you
