My husband had a vasectomy almost 2 years ago. He was very fertile before that. Is there some way to extract his sperm and do some sort of artificial insemination? Or is invetro the only option? Anything less expensive?!
You can extract the sperm through a procedure called sperm aspiration .
I think he can reverse the procedure, but I have no idea how much it costs.
