does anybody know where can I find a place to value a stamps collection
Stamp collections are usually worth less than people tend to think. I would start with these articles before I move on:

http://www.stampdomain.com/selling.htm
Thanks
much oblige..
contact the ASDA (american stamp dealers association) or the APS (american philatelic society) for a list of dealers who might help you at no cost. addresses can be found on internet. you can also check a local library for current stamp catalogue with values (Scott's catalogue in U.S.) but without knowledge of condition market etc. this would only begin to help you.
Hi Nadav!
Try http://www.stampboards.com/index.php?sid=731b05c53abf4c2070aa57e3ce8bac78
Also, Stamp catalogues (Stanley Gibbons for world collection and Phila India 2008 guide book for indian stamps) are perfect for valuing your collection esp if you have a large collection :)
