You may want to save your money, there has been a lot of recent research that has shown that glucosamine dietary supplements didn't do any better than a placebo in helping those suffering from joint related aches and pains. You are probably better off with a glucosamine alternative that provides a better and more complete balance of nutrients that your body can use to help support your joints.
