Why shouldn't she be able to be photographed in any way that she wants.  France is a free country with the rights of speech and expression, just like America.  Why should she be punished because she had photos taken?  Who says she needs to be modest.  Celebrities aren't modest, models aren't modest, the most popular magazines show people on the front cover without any modesty.  Why should she be expected to be modest?  Who says she has to?
