Good idea, but keep yourself in mind too. In other words, by dieting for him and losing weight, you will feel better about yourself and look better. And keep it up even after Valentine's Day.

Um, no. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If your boyfriend has a problem with your weight then you don't need that boyfriend. If you want to lose weight you lose it because you want to not because of what some guy thinks of you. You don't diet for anyone else, you diet for yourself. Otherwise you will never stick to it.

I am fat too...but I have a man that I have been with for 18 years......if your boyfriend can't accept you for who you are then he doesn't need you baby.  Get out of the relationship and find real love.  It's out there but sometimes you just gotta stop looking and let it find you. My first husband who I dated for a year before marriage treated me great until we tied the knot.  Thats when he became a control freak and expected me to look the way he wanted, no exceptions.  Well news flash...he's single, lol.  The man I am with now, has seen me thin and now big. But the great thing about it...he loves ME...not my image.  Tell your boyfriend to go buy a Barbie Doll if he wants perfect!!!!! Be happy for who you are.  Thats Gods masterpiece you are in. He would find it an insult if you told him you hated what he has created...remember God IS perfect and created all of us in HIS IMAGE!!!!  Good Luck, Girl!!
