Vacating my living Premises Early

Is there a law where I can vacate my premises early in the winter if im on a month to month lease?

 Be honest and be true to yourself.

If it's a month to month lease, then you can notify your manager as soon as possible and tell him about your intention of moving out.  Give him at least 2 weeks notice.
