room mate wants written notice of vacating apartment from head of household and copy of notice to vacate that was submitted to management office it states as one reason that her lack of payment and the other reason is due to personal issues that I (head of household) am moving out - there is no lease. She thinks I am not going to pay the rent and she will not get her security back. Help me!
