VB6 Program Installers?

Vista requires me to upgrade my VB6 installer to 32-bit but the only packages I can find either require serious knowledge of scripting or cost more than a hobby can afford.  Any comments, help or suggestions?

Perhaps you should consider moving to VB .NET which is the successor to VB6.

If you are doing this as a hobby you can use Visual Studio Express which is free.

Do mind that VB .NET is a bit different than VB6 that you know and it might take you a while to learn it, although they are very similar and it should be very easy to migrate to VB .NET
