Well, it looks like we will have to wait at least until summer for the answer to this.  Nothing so far has happened to 'turn' her, though I think she does love Bill Compton.  Bill wasn't to keen on turning the woman in the closing episodes, as you recall.  It was a sentence imposed on him in place of 5 years locked in his coffin.  He actually wanted that instead of turning a human because he knows the cost.... loss of family, complete death to one's old life.  I think he loves Sookie so much he may want to be with her for eternity but she might not want that.  Only time (and the writers) will tell!
