How do you make a utube video like a slideshow with just pictures and background music on a windows xp???Is there any good free websites with no registrations?Plz HELP!!
I often make utube video slideshow with a program. I find it on this official website.
You may use this slideshow maker. I always use it to make slideshow with pictures and musics, it's easy to use and works pretty well for me.

btw, the video you made with movie maker can't be uploaded to youtube indeed, and I suggest you convert the wmv file you get to youtube format MP4 at first, and leawo video to flv converter can help u
There are several options, I use Windows Movie Maker to take Power Point slides and make movie; then I either add music in Windows Movie Maker or add music from YouTube when I upload video. If this won't work for you then I recommend starting with a search on YouTube for 'Slideshow'. Then depending on what desktop software you have and use you can select what is best for you.
