A:contact E-BAY it only takes a little bit of info and your signed up. that way there's alot less chance of a rip off. ps--sign up for paypal too, it makes your your return money risk free.(as long as you tell the truth of conditon and don't do anything dishonist on your end they will protect you frrrom the other end...)
