URGWNR!!! I have to find a way to protect my two rescue horses as well as the perimeter of my home and a turnout field from an individual who is impaired, let's leave it at that, but I've had to stay awake all night, show up outside at all different hours of the day and night, I can't leave the house during hte day without having someone physically there, and what began with him attempting to kill them one evening and but for the fact that I was in the run-in, let them loose instead, would have done so, as I found a large triangular shard of glass that did not levitate there, and I am completely lost. He's broken into my home, my shed and stole all my tools, manipulated my charger, and is not going to improve with his lucidity, I've been knocked unconscious as he set off a bottle rocket when I had both horses on leads on the dark path through the woods to their paddock, and was unconscious two hours, and he stole the wire cutters I used to install the fencing for their turnout, then after three months of scouring the whole field, I brought them down one day (I stay with them all the time) to find the wire had been cut, and two long curling lengths of hot wire were lying in the wet grass as two small dogs ran towards me. I called my landlord's son to advise him of what happened, was told it stretched and broke (didn't happen, it was cut), I for the first time told him that the wire cutters had gone missing three months prior. That afternoon when I returned to the field, the wire cutters were in the entrance to it, so he is also monitoring me. A peace bond will not work on someone who is psychotic and doesn't have any regard for the law, but I need to have eyes everywhere, and while law enforcement is doing its thing apparently, (I am as you may suspect not privy to all the details, but was told "it takes time," though I am running out of patience, I am ill and need to get well, and I am totally at a loss as to how to cover this area myself. AT this junction, I don't care if security measures I take personally overlap the cameras/video the govt "may be" (I cannot comment on that either except that what started as a favor from a friend's husband is now apparently an official thing, so I am again out of the loop). I need help, please, can you suggest what to do?
