I'm a great fan of home made burgers, but sometimes I get bored by eating same burger every time.
Is there any recommended spice that can turn my burger into something completely different?

Mix an egg and some curry powder with your meat.PAul
First of all I would advise mixing different kinds of meat that will give you a whole new flavor.
If we are talking about a special addition it might sound a little weird but add a bit of jam to the meat and the taste would undergo the change you wanted.
Combine 1 lb 80% lean ground beef with 1 tablespoon fresh minced basil, 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, a few dashes of GOOD soy sauce (Kikoman sucks). Using a cast iron skillet heat to medium high, put a small handful of Kosher salt into the pan, put you burger in and cover using a small lid that would just cover the burger. Fry for about 4 minutes, turn and repeat. Serve with a Dijon/mayonaise, fresh romaine on an artisian roll.
Use regular hamburger meat and add:
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder (your choice). Fix it then top with lettuce & tomato but instead of pickles use banana peppers. I made this burger for my Aunt when she was pregnant and she loved it along with everyone else.
