My brother died without a will in the state of ...

My brother died without a will in the state of Kentucky.  I know that his estate goes to his 8 siblings since he was not married and had no children. My question is, two of his siblings died before he did. Are their children legally entitled to a share of his estate?

Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.

Legally ?  No.   Morally ?  I'd say , Yes.
