Unlock the orange berlin phone

I bought an orange berlin (from an orange shop in uk) and i was assured it will work in malta with a malta sim card without any unlocking or other intervention. It was a lie!!!! I tried to get it unlocked ... But noone seems to have the arimaribone@maltanet.Net.  God bless you.

ORANGE is a laugh! ORANGE cheated me! I wrote and phoned and explained...but ORANGE is a company made up of ROBOTS not humam beings...whenever you try to talk you find you are talking to a machine...A machine cannot reason..but is in a straight-jacket and would not listen to reason...it only acts upon a set of rules! This is not 'hear-say' this is first-hand experience. I will never touch ORANGE again...
