Unjustly treated

what to do if you are treated unjustly at work, I was told if I didnt sign a form It was nice knowing me and I was terminated

Consult an employment relations company, exactly what can be done depends on employment law in your area and the wording of your initial contract. But as a general rule of thumb an employer cannot force you to sign any ammendment to your contract etc, so from the little you have said it sounds like it is worth pursuing.
