Lately, (for the past few weeks) I've been feeling stressed and emotionally drained; trying to balance out a time consuming job, friends, and my personal life. My mind is to muddled to think clearly now. What should I do?
Maybe you need something to aspire to, a big trip, a vacation, or even a new _____(fill up with what ever you want best). Personally, a trip does the trick for me. I'll make plans, check the maps and whatever. It makes me feel great. Always have something to look forward to.

Get a Vacation,,, do something that you think will make you feel better. You know what things can make you happy.. Give credit to yourself.
